The Pastoral Council: The Pastoral Council represents the St. Peter Church community to assure the spiritual, social, and financial needs of the parish are met, to provide adequate communications within the community, and to share in the planning, management and administration of the ministries and activities of the parish. Council direction and actions are subject to the limitations of Canon Law, and to the will and directives of the Archdiocese of San Francisco as expressed by his active representative, the Pastor of St. Peter Church.

The Parish Finance Committee: In accordance with the Code of Canon Law, a Parish Finance Committee is established in the parish of St. Peter Church, Pacifica. The role of the Finance Committee is to assist the Pastor in overseeing and controlling the financial affairs of the Parish. The Committee is accountable to the Pastor, who has the responsibility for final decisions.

The Parish Liturgy Committee: The Parish Worship/Liturgy Committee is a Liturgical Ministry of the parish, accountable to the Pastor in conjunction with the Pastoral Council. It abides by the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church as governed by the policies and regulations of the Archdiocese of San Francisco and follows the Liturgical Calendar for the Dioceses of the United States, published annually by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
